I got 3m plan and used for 1m. Then I upgraded to 1year plan. But veee didn’t discounted the unused portion from my new purchase, neither credited my back.

Barely worked while in China and Japan.

千万不要买，超级慢而且卡和免费的vpn一样的速度。买了一年的订阅，就当交学费了

我已经在app store 订阅了三个月。但是打开veee还是不能使用，为什么？

用的iphone15，刚买了会员发现手机上连app都打不开，更别提用了。电脑可以用，但是我电脑不是随时都在我身边的哇。

希望可以在设备端中增加Apple TV应用程序吗？

Completely failed me after 2 years of use. Weirdly some of my friends and family are still able to get on so I have zero clue why this is happening. There’s no way for me to login on the website or on the app and I can’t do anything about it. Really disappointing.

Can’t get on any vpns not in US.

Give us a heads up before shutting down next time. I've been a loyal user and willing to keep paying, but if this happens again without a say, we're done.

It is the best VPN I've ever used. However, I have a phone and an iPad. At first, I though iPad is a device of desktop, but it is not. I cannot turn on VPN connection on this two device. Could you add the ipad as desktop device or add one device that are supported.

Veee in China is now working better than ever after a few days of Veee upgrading their service. Love the router connection with the selectable split-tunneling. SVIP support is awesome! Support usually responds back within ten minutes 24/7. Completely happy, now that service in China has returned to normal. Would highly recommend.

I just used it for TWO days and it doesn’t work anymore. SO DISAPPOINTED! The feedback says the online is not so stable. Come on, it’s just totally can’t use and they have no solutions!!!

2024.3月开始部分节点网速变慢， 2024.4月开始所有节点网速变慢， 截止今日，2024.4.14所有节点无法使用。 看得出来已经准备跑路，中国人不骗中国人，千万不要再充值了。 来自2年svip用户的忠告。

最近几周网络特别卡顿，重启更新也没有用，不知道是什么情况

Stopped working properly recently and many others have the same issue. Customer service is terrible with no response and no fix just same script saying under maintenance. It’s running out of business for sure. DO NOT RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIBE during this situation. 这周大面积反馈速度骤降，大范围连接不管用，客服完全不起作用除了相同的复制粘贴回复“维护中”，他们准备跑路了，千万别再付钱买新的订阅

充了2年会员，用了3个月卡到死，问客服就是自动回复，都持续一个月了。后悔得一批，谁充谁后悔！

去年年末有一段时间用不了了，咨询客服并没有人回复。后来继续使用后到现在已经有大概一个月时间用不了了，可能大概率要关停，感觉有些可惜。

目前网速卡的要死，测试过多种网络均无法回复网速。请各位观望。目前没有任何客服人员作出回应。邮件无人回复，app内反馈无人回复。网速已经慢到不可用的状态。 不可否认的是，这是一款曾经很好用的VPN，期待开发团队尽快站出来处理。

Terrible connection and No customer service

I’ve been using Veee for over two years and it was the best VPN out there. However a month ago it became less stable but still okay, but since last week it became intolerable - most of the connections either don’t work at all, or super slow, so you can’t open even Google, let alone watch something on YouTube. And the issue is same across my MAC and iPhone and Android phones. I’ve tried messaging customer support, but they recommend downloading the latest app version… even though I wrote that I have the latest version already. All in all, looks like they are not fixing it and sad to see a great VPN go dark. Looks like will have to search for a new VPN again. P.S. I’m based in China, so idk how it works for ppl in other countries

充完钱就跑路
